The purpose of the Sebring-West Branch Hot Stove League is to teach and promote the fundamentals of baseball.  It's the responsibility of league officials and coaches to encourage good sportsmanship, fellowship, fair play, loyalty and reverence both on and off the playing field.

The stressing of individual ability or winning games is secondary to the above objectives.  All teams will follow the OFFICIAL OHIO HOT STOVE BASEBALL INC. rules and regulations.

With the cooperation of parents, sponsors, local organizations and many volunteers, we provide spring and summer baseball for approximately 250 kids each year, ages 5 and up (see League classifications below).

Thanks to the commitment of many organizations, we have fields to use at South Side Park, Beloit Ruritan Park, Goshen Ruritan Park, Goshen Administration Building, Damascus Community Center, Knox Ruritan Park, Mile Branch Grange, Smith Township Park and Homeworth Lions Park.

Leagues are separated by age.  NOTE: Birthdate cut off is May 1st.

The Sebring-West Branch Hot Stove league is made up of Sebring, West Branch and Salem school districts.  Any child living in those areas can sign up freely.  For those outside the above listed areas, contact us for information on the possibility of your child playing in our league.

Our players learn sportsmanship and teamwork first, all while we teach the fundamentals of the game. And most important, we have fun while we do it.

Parents are more than welcome to help their children learn and grow. You'll be surprised what your little athlete can accomplish at the plate and on the field.

We Love this Game
