How to Handle Fund Raising Money
All Leagues- when turning money in for raffle tickets please deposit all cash into your personal account and make out one check payable to Sebring-West Branch Hot Stove and turn in on appropriate date and time. 

ALL MANAGERS AND COACHES MUST COMPLETE A BACKGROUND CHECK @ http://www.ncsisafe.com

Enter your information as requested.  Print receipt in order to be reimbursed by League Treasurer.

IF YOU ARE A LOCAL, STATE OR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE, as of 2011 you will now need to complete THIS background check.

If a player is injured and requires Medical/Dental care: 
Manager must call President within 24 hours.  Injured player's parent should notify the League's Secondary Insurance Agent; Jack Bird.

If you feel the need to sit a player out of a game because of discipline problem:
Manager must call President before the game begins.  Manager must write a statement to the Board of Directors within 24 hours and mail to President.
